District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The Court requests that the Federal Bureau of Prisons file a Status Report addressing Eddingtons current medical condition within seven (7) days of the date of this Memorandum and Order. If plaintiff wishes to pursue this action, he shall, within forty-two (42) days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, file a complaint and either (1) pay the $400.00 filing and administrative fees; or (2) file an application to proceed in forma pauperis accompanied by a certified prison account statement. The Clerk mailed a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Treasurer's office at FMC Devens, the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the D. of Mass., the legal office at FMC Devens, P.O. Box 880, Ayer, MA 01432 (also by email to Dev/[email protected]) and plaintiff (along with Step-by-Step Guide blank Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs). Copies of Eddington's emergency motion also sent by mail to Office of U.S. Attorney for D. Mass. and BOP legal counsel at FMC Devens (also by email to Dev/[email protected]).
