Judge Indira Talwani: ORDER entered granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; granting 3 Motion to Proceed under a Pseudonym. Any claims regarding Plaintiffs loss of good time credits are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Dayna Morgan and Larry Turner shall be DISMISSED as parties to this action. Summonses shall issue as to all Defendants except Morgan and Turner. Plaintiff is responsible for serving the summonses, complaint, an unredacted version of the Motion to Proceed under a Pseudonym [#3], and this Order on Defendants in compliance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 4.1. Service must be completed within 90 days of the date of this Order. Because Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, he may elect to have service completed by the United States Marshals Service.
