Judge George A. OToole, Jr: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Within 28 days of the entryof this order, the plaintiff shall file an amended complaint that complies with the directives of Rule 8. Failure to do so will result in a dismissal of the action without prejudice.
