Magistrate Judge Katherine A. Robertson: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. The ALJ's finding that Plaintiff could perform his past relevant work as an instructor is supported by substantial evidence and is free of legal error. See Rodriguez Pagan, 819 F.2d at 3 ("We must affirm the [Commissioner's] resolution, even if the record arguably could justify a different conclusion, so long as it is supported by substantial evidence."). For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings - (Dkt. No. 17) is DENIED, and the Acting Commissioner's Motion for an Order Affirming the Decision of the Commissioner - (Dkt. No. 22) is GRANTED. The case will be closed. (Finn, Mary)
