ORDER granting in part and denying in part 32 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendant's motion is GRANTED with respect to plaintiff's claims of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, promissory and equitable estoppel, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent supervision, training, and retention, and these claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AND ON THE MERITS.
