ORDER - The Court OVERRULES IN PART Northbrook's objection 61 and ADOPTS IN PART Judge Graham's Report and Recommendation 59 to the extent that it is consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Defendant Vendio Services, Inc.'s motion to dismiss or transfer 24 is DENIED. Plaintiff Northbrook Digital, LLC's motion to amend or correct its complaint 35 is GRANTED. Defendant Vendio Services, Inc.'s motion for a protective order 34 is GRANTED as follows: The Court will enter a protective order patterned on the district's standard order for patent cases but modified in accordance with this memorandum opinion and order.(Written Opinion).
