ORDER - Plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment 100 is GRANTED.Plaintiff's motion to dismiss her claims against defendant Lawrence Maahs 84 is GRANTED. Plaintiffs' claims against Maahs are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.Defendant Lawrence Maahs's claim for indemnity and contribution against defendants U.S. Housing Services, LLC and Timothy Beliveau is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as moot. Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve this order upon defendant Lawrence Maahs, using one of the methods of service described in Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2). Defendant Lawrence Maahs is ORDERED to serve and file a letter stating whether he intends to pursue his remaining claims in this action. This letter must be filed within fifteen days of the date on which this order was served upon him.
