MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. 1. State Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 16) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. 2. County Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 22) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. 3. Plaintiff Eric Wong's claims under the ADA against Defendants DHS and HCHS are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Mr. Wong's claims for monetary damages under the ADA against all Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Mr. Wong's claims for injunctive relief against Defendant Piper Johnson and Defendant Holzemer remain. Mr. Wong's claims under the RA against all Defendants remain.
