MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment (Doc. Nos. 66, 71) are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Plaintiffs' claims against Winona Health for direct liability for negligent supervision and negligent retention are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' claim for negligent credentialing of Nurse Rasmussen is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' claim for Nurse Rasmussens failure to activate the chain of command is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The remainder of Defendants' motions is DENIED.
