REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Danny Ray Reed, Sr re 34 MOTION to Suppress evidence and statements, 42 Supplemental MOTION to Suppress Evidence. In accordance with the Memorandum above, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Defendant's Motions to Suppress Evidence (Docs. 34, 42) be denied. The parties are advised that they have fourteen days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation, unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained. Failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356 (8th Cir. 1990). Objections to R&R due by 1/28/2016.
