REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Oscar Giovanni Dominguez-Chaidez re 26 MOTION to Amend/Correct Motion to Suppress, 23 MOTION to Suppress evidence and statements. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Chaidez Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence and Statements (Docs. 23 and 26) be denied. Further, the parties are advised that they have fourteen days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation, unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained. Failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356 (8th Cir. 1990).
