MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall either pay the $400 filing fee or submit a certified copy of his prison account statement for the six month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff fails to comply with this Order, the court will dismiss this action without prejudice. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re:2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis under 42:1983 (prisoner) filed by Plaintiff Robert F. Watson. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [ECF No.2] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $1.00 within thirty (30) days ofthe date ofthis Order.
