MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re:2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis under 42:1983 (prisoner) filed by Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Beckermann, 4 MOTION for Leave to Enter Exhibits B-S filed by Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Beckermann, 6 MOTION for Leave to Enter New Exhibits filed by Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Beckermann, 5 MOTION to Amend/Correct 1 DCM Complaint, filed by Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Beckermann. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 2] is GRANTED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall pay an initial partial filing fee of $9.10 within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to file an amended complaint [Doc. 5] is GRANTED in that plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, in accordance with the specific instructions set forth above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motions to file exhibits at this time [Docs. 4 and 6] are DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's failure to comply with this Order will result in the dismissal of this action, without prejudice and without further notice to him. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint at this time.(Amended/Supplemental Pleadings due by 7/8/2016, Initial Partial Filing Fee due by 7/8/2016.)
