MEMORANDUM AND ORDER..IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc.#2] is GRANTED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court will not assess an initial filing fee at thistime.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall issue process or cause process toissue upon the complaint as to defendants Bob Holder, Nicole Green, Jimmy Smith and AshleyGreen in their official and individual capacities. Defendants shall be served by issuance ofsummons and service by the U.S. Marshal's Office.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1997e(g)(2), defendantsBob Holder, Nicole Green, Jimmy Smith and Ashley Green shall reply to plaintiffs claimswithin the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint as to defendant the Dunklin County Justice Center because, as to this defendant, the complaint is legally frivolous or fails to state a claim upon which relief can begranted, or both. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motions for injunctive relief [Doc. #5 and #9] are DENIED at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for appointment of counsel [Doc. #8] is DENIED at this time.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is assigned to Track SB: Prisoner Standard. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re:39 MOTION to Compel Plaintiff's Responses to Their First Set of Interrogatories and Request for the Production of Documents filed by Defendant Jimmy Smith, Defendant Bob Holder, Defendant Nicole Green, 35 MOTION to Compel Plaintiff's Initial Disclosures filed by Defendant Jimmy Smith, Defendant Bob Holder, Defendant Nicole Green, 37 MOTION to Compel Plaintiff's Initial Disclosures filed by Defendant Ashley Green. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants Holder, Green, and Smith's, and defendant Grisham's motions to compel plaintiff to submit initial disclosures are GRANTED. [Docs. 35, 37]IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by June 8, 2018, plaintiff shall submit the following to the defendants: (1) a list, including addresses, of all persons having knowledge or information of the facts giving rise to plaintiff's claims; and (2) all documents that plaintiff believes mention, relate to, or in any way support plaintiff's claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants Holder, Green, and Smith's motion to compel plaintiff's responses to their First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents is GRANTED. [Doc. 39] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by June 8, 2018, plaintiff shall provide full and complete responses to defendants Holder, Green, and Smith's First Set of Interrogatories, without objection. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by June 8, 2018, plaintiff shall provide all of the documents requested in defendants Holder, Green, and Smiths Request for the Production ofDocuments, without objection. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants' requests for attorney's fees and expenses are DENIED. Plaintiff's failure to comply timely and fully with this Order may result in the imposition of appropriate sanctions as set forth in Fed. R. Civ.
