REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS; re 1; For the reasons set forth above, it is the recommendation of the undersigned that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security be reversed and remanded under Sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. Section 405(g). The Commissioner should conduct further proceedings on the issues set forth above; The parties are advised that they have ten (10) days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation.
