OPINION MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis [ECF No. 2] is GRANTED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $36.50 within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order.
