Judgment Amended: Reduction of Sentence Re: Crack Cocaine Offense 18:3582 as to Sterling Finney (1), Counts 1, 2, 3: Upon Motion of the Defendant, the court under 18 USC 3582(c)(2) for a reduction in the Term of Imprisonment imposed based on a guideline sentencing range that has subsequently been lowered and made retroactive by the United States Sentencing Commission pursuant to 28 USC 994(u), and having considered such motion, IT IS ORDERED that the motion is granted and the defendant's previously imposed sentence of imprisonment (as reflected in the last judgment issued) of Counts I and II 24 months concurrent - Count III - 60 months consecutive to I and II is reduced to Counts I and II 18 months concurrent - Count III - 60 months consecutive to I and II. The reduced sentence is within the amended guideline range. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated 6/7/08 shall remain in effect. 31 MOTION for Retroactive Application of Sentencing Guidelines to Crack Cocaine Offense 18 USC 3582 filed by Sterling Finney.
