MEMORANDUM AND ORDER -....IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that movant Fred Watson, Jr.'s motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Watson's motions to supplement the record are GRANTED.
