ORDER as to Terrance A. Bethea-The Court directs the medical personel who are treating defendant to submit their opinions in order to comply with Sell v. United States by March 13, 2006; The Court orders counsel for the parties to make submissions with respect to forced medications by March 24, 2006 and a copy shall be hand delivered or sent by Facsimile to opposing counsel; After the sumissions, the Court will meet with counsel and evaluate the need for further Court proceedings; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall forward a copy of this Order both by the US Mail and by facsimile to the US Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, MO signed by Judge Audrey G. MEMORANDUM OPINION as to Terrance A. Bethea IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the government's motion to administer involuntary medication to Defendant in order to render him competent to stand trial is GRANTED for the reasons set forth herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to this Court's Order of May 8, 2006,and for the reasons more fully set forth herein, that the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri, commence the involuntary medication of Defendant consistent this Court's Orders, and with the Forensic Psychological Report of Lee Ann Preston, Ph.D., dated March 21, 2006, as supplemented by the testimony of Drs.
