MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. [Doc. 4] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to inform this Court in writing within twenty days of the date of this Order what he pleading is pursuing in the Missouri Supreme Court, the grounds alleged in that pleading, and the date the pleading was filed.
