Judgment Amended: Reduction of Sentence Re: Crack Cocaine Offense 18:3582 as to Ricky Lee Laughlin (1), Count(s) 1r, Upon Motion of the defendant under 18USC3582(c)(2) for a reduction in the Term of Imprisonment imposed based on a guideline sentencing range that has subsequently been lowered and made retroactive by the United States Sentencing Commission purusant to 28USC994(u), and having considered such motion, IT IS ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and the defendant's previously imposed sentence of imprisonment (as reflected in the last judgment issued) of 72 months is reduced to 61 months. The reduced sentence is within the amended guideline range. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated November 1, 2006 shall remain in effect. 46 MOTION for Retroactive Application of Sentencing Guidelines to Crack Cocaine Offense 18 USC 3582 filed by Ricky Lee Laughlin.
