MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. ORDERED that the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 44 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is GRANTED as to all claims against the City of Pagedale. It is GRANTED as to Plaintiffs' claim against Defendant Ross and Defendant Turner for deliberate indifference to a serious medical need. Defendants' Motion is DENIED as to Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Ross and Defendant Turner under 42 U.S.C. 1983 for deliberate indifference to a known risk of suicide, and it is also DENIED as to Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Ross and Defendant Turner for wrongful death and lost chance of recovery.
