REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 DCM Complaint filed by Jane Cavins For the reasons set forth above, it is the recommendation of theundersigned that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security bereversed and remanded under Sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g). Uponremand, the Commissioner should award disability benefits based upon aperiod of disability beginning March 7, 2004.The parties are advised that they have ten days to file writtenobjections to this Report and Recommendation.
