JUDGMENT as to Jeffrey B. Heckman (1), Count(s) 1r, The defendant plead guilty to Count 1. The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 46 months. Service of this sentence shall commence immediately. This sentence shall run consecutive to the sentence the defendant is currently serving for the State of Missouri in Docket Numbers 06M7-CR00629, 41R020300597, and 05M7CR00615-01, purusant to the provisions of Section 5G1.3. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of 2 years. Special assessment of $100.00 and Restitution of $1,733.00 due immediately.
