REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Terry L. Edwards IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that defendant's Motion To Suppress Evidence (Docket No. 33); Motion To Suppress Statements (Docket No. 34); and Motion To Reveal The Identity Of The Confidential Informant (Docket No. 35) be denied. The parties are advised that they have until August 18, 2008, in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation.
