REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Antonio L. Davis IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the Motion of Defendant to Suppress Evidenceand Statements [Doc. #14--dated 12/5/07] be denied.Further, the parties are advised that they have until May 5, 2008, in which to file writtenobjections to this recommendation and determination. Failure to timely file objections may result inwaiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356, 357 (8th Cir. 1990). Finally, the trial of this matter is set on June 2, 2008 at 9 a.m. before the Honorable RodneyW. Sippel, United States District Judge, Courtroom 10-South. Objections to R&R due by 5/12/2008.
