JUDGMENT as to Rodney Alston (1), Count(s) 1, The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 46 months. This term shall run concurrently to the sentence imposed in USA v. Rodney Alston, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Docket No. 4:00CR358-DJS. The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: While in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons, it is recommended that the defendant be evaluated for participation in the Residential Drug Abuse Program if this is consistent with the Bureau of Prisons' policies. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term 2 years. This term shall run concurrently to the sentence imposed in USA v. Rodney Alston, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Docket No. 4:00CR358-DJS. The defendant shall comply with the standard conditions of supervised release that have been adopted by this court as well as with any additional conditions.
