MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Excess Carriers' Motion to Exclude Certain Opinions and Testimony of Plaintiffs' Expert Witness Robin Kessinger is DENIED. [Doc. 49] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Excess Carriers' Motion to Exclude the Expert Testimony and Opinions of Plaintiffs' Expert Witness Greg Griffin is DENIED. [Doc. 51] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant Lexington Insurance Company's motion to exclude the expert testimony and opinions of plaintiffs' expert witness Greg Griffin is DENIED.
