MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons set forth above, the claims against Edward Liliensiek and Shane Schlueter are DISMISSED in their entirety. Count IV is also DISMISSED. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion of Plaintiff for summary judgment is DENIED. [Docs. 19, 53] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion of Defendants for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as set forth above. [Doc. 25] IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the parties' joint motion to stay discovery is GRANTED insofar as the parties are granted sixty days from the date of this Order in which to complete discovery and is DENIED in all other respects.
