MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint as to defendants Curtis, Percy, Walls, and Miller. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1997e(g)(2), defendants Curtis, Percy, Walls, and Miller shall reply to plaintiffs claims within the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint as to defendants Garrett, Schommer, Gilmore, Hubbard, Robinson, Paine, Schriro, Moore, Chancellor, Fields, Stubblefield, or Gennero because, as to these defendants, the complaint is legally frivolous or fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, or both. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is assigned to Track 5B: Prisoner Standard. An appropriate Order of Partial Dismissal shall accompany this Memorandum and Order. Signed by Honorable Jean C. ORDER re: 44 ORDERED that Plaintiff's Request for Motion to Compel (Doc. No. 44) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted until Monday, June 30, 2008, within which to provide the Court with the proper addresses for Defendants Felicia Curtis, Unknown Percy, J.
