ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for default judgment is set for hearing on July 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 12-N. Plaintiff shall be prepared at that time to present all evidence necessary to prove the amount of damages and attorneys' fees and costs sought. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall file, on or before July 15, 2008, an amended proposed Order of Default Judgment, which shall include all appropriate findings of fact and conclusions of law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to compel defendant to comply with the Case Management Order is DENIED as moot. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER -....IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff CitiMortgage Inc.'s motion for default judgment against defendant Paragon Home Lending, LLC is Granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff CitiMortgate, Inc. is awarded damages and prejudgment interest against defendant Paragon Home Lending, LLC in the amount of One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($1,636,511.24), together with post-judgment interest as provided by law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff CitiMortgage, Inc. is entitled to costs in the amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars and Forty Cents($2,478.40) and attorneys' fees in the amount of Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($50,356.50).
