MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Stay and Compel Arbitration, [Doc. No. 7], is denied without prejudice to refiling upon the completion of limited discovery. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are granted 21 days from the date of this Order to conduct discovery limited to the issue of whether Plaintiff received the Term and Conditions allegedly attached to Defendant's Purchase Order for the electric motor which is the subject matter of this dispute.
