IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claim under the Equal Pay Act is DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's retaliation claim is DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs claim of national origin discrimination is DISMISSED. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff will be given 14 days from the date of this Order to file an Amended Complaint.
