REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Andrew J. Warren re 20 MOTION to Suppress Evidence and Memorandum in Support, 11 Oral Motion to Suppress, 21 MOTION to Suppress Statements. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the motion of defendant to suppress physical evidence and his statements (Docs. 11, 20, 21) should be denied. The parties are advised they have ten days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendations. The failure to file timely written objections will waive the right to appeal issues of fact.
