MEMORANDUM AND ORDER:IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Darold Walker's Petition under 28 U.S.C. §2254 for Writ of Habeas Corpus By a Person in State Custody 1 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Compel State of Missouri to Provide Entire Record 15 is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's Request for an Evidentiary Hearing 16 isDENIED.
