REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Filing fee $ 5.) filed by Alfred Lee Jones. The petition should be denied because grounds two and four are procedurally barred and grounds one, three, and five lack merit. Accordingly, after careful consideration, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the 28 U.S.C. Section 2254 petition of Alfred Jones be DENIED without further proceedings. The parties are advised that they have fourteen days to file written objections to this Recommendation and the Memorandum incorporated herein, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 636(b)(1), unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained; and that failure to file timely objections may result in waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. Objections to R&R due by 2/16/2016. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patricia L. Cohen on February 2, 2016. (MCB)
