REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Filing fee $ 5.) filed by Conrad E. Dominicus. Accordingly, after careful consideration, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the 28 U.S.C. Section 2254 petition of Conrad Dominicus [Doc. 1] be DENIED without further proceedings. The parties are advised that they have fourteen days to file written objections to this Recommendation and the Memorandum incorporated herein, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 636(b)(1), unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained; and that failure to file timely objections may result in waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact.
