REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Filing fee $ 5.) filed by Conrad E. Dominicus. Accordingly, after careful consideration, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the 28 U.S.C. Section 2254 petition of Conrad Dominicus [Doc. 1] be DENIED without further proceedings. The parties are advised that they have fourteen days to file written objections to this Recommendation and the Memorandum incorporated herein, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
