MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court will hold an evidentiary hearing, in order to determine the facts relating to all Plaintiffs claims in his First Amended Petition for Writ of HabeasCorpus (ECF No. 8). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the presence and participation of Kevin Rentfro are required for the evidentiary hearing, which will be held before this Court on Monday, July 18, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioners First Amended Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 8) is DENIED, and his claims are DISMISSED with prejudice. A separate Order of Dismissal will accompany this Memorandum and Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that because Petitioner cannot make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, the Court will not issue a certificate of appealability. See Cox v.
