MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Carl R. Browns motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence in federal custody pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 2255 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Browns motion to amend or supplement or relate back to original claims [# 17] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Browns motion for a final disposition [# 18] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Browns motion to amend or supplement or relate back to original claims [# 19] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Browns motion for an evidentiary hearing is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this court will not issue a certificate of appealability, as Brown has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a federal constitutional right.
