MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (See Full Order) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Michael C. Jamerson's petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 2254 is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all motions currently pending are denied as moot. Because petitioner has not made a substantial showing that he has been denied a constitutional right, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a Certificate of Appealability will not issue in this case.
