REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS : IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Petitioner Michael Hill's petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (Doc. 1) be DENIED. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that this case be DISMISSED. The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) (1), unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained.
