MEMORANDUM AND ORDER...IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, Motion to Compel filed on March 1, 2016 is GRANTED as to the Motion to Compel and DENIED as to the Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 46). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall provide Initial Disclosures and responses to Defendant's First Request for Production no later than Friday, April 22, 2016.
