MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint is GRANTED. [Doc. 19.] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
