REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Defendants Motion to Suppress Evidence 36 and Motion to Suppress Statements 35 be DENIED. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the United States Motion for pretrial determination of the admissibility of defendants statements 8 be GRANTED. The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days in which to file written objections to this report and recommendation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง636(b)(1), unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained; failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. See Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356 (8th Cir. 1990). Objections to R&R due by 7/8/2016. Trial in this case has been set on September 6, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Rodney W. Sippel.
