MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. (See Full Order.) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant's Motion for Leave to File its Counterclaims 48 is granted. The Clerk of Court shall detach, file, and docket forthwith defendant Ascension Insurance, Inc.'s Counterclaims [48-1], attached as Exhibit A to its motion for leave. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Extension of Time 66 is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all discovery in this case shall be completed no later than April 29, 2016. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions for judgment on the pleadings, or any motions to limit or exclude expert testimony under Daubert or on any other basis must be filed no later than May 2, 2016.
