MEMORANDUM AND ORDER...IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for a more definite statement, is DENIED. (Doc. No. 7.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file an appropriate motion substituting Freedom Smokeless, LLC as the plaintiff in this action. In that motion, Plaintiff shall disclose the complete citizenship of Freedom Smokeless, LLC for purposes of determining whether diversity jurisdiction will continue to exist.
