Laenen seeking such discovery if the parties' intent becomes relevant in further proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Jennifer R. Laenen's Motion to Dismiss Defendant Beth Laenen's Counterclaim and Crossclaim for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction 37 is denied without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant Beth Laenen's Motion for Judicial Finding that the Franklin County's Order of March 16, 2015 is a QDRO [ECF No. 44] is DENIED. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that counsel for the parties shall meet and confer and file a joint plan within thirty (30) days of the date of this order telling the court what the next steps should be in the resolution of this matter. This case is stayed pending further order of the court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants Jennifer and Beth Laenen shall not request distribution of Frank Laenen s Plan benefits until this case has been finally resolved. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for defendant Beth Laenen must notify the court within ten (10) days of any state-court ruling or action in the related case by filing a status report with this court, and must file a status report every thirty (30) days even in the absence of any state-court developments.
