No. 61) is GRANTED. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Defendant Michael Bruce McDonald's Motion to Dismiss Due to Unconstitutional Vagueness (Doc. No. 46) be DENIED. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Defendant Michael Bruce McDonalds Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence and Statements (Doc. No. 47), and 37Supplement to Motion to Suppress (Doc. No. 56); and Supplemental Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence (Doc. No. 62) be DENIED. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that this cause will be set for trial by separate order of United States District Judge Henry E. Autrey The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days to file written objections to this report and recommendation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1), unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained.
