REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Antonio Strong: IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Defendant's Motion to Suppress Search Warrant and Any Evidence Derived Therefrom (ECF No. 31) be DENIED. The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation, unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained, and that failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appealquestions of fact. See Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356 (8th Cir. 1990).The trial of this matter has been set for May 8, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., before the Honorable Henry E. Autrey, United States District Judge.
