REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE - WIRETAP MATTERS as to Israel Angeles-Montezuma re 870 MOTION to Suppress Intercepted Wire and Electronic Communications. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Angeles-Montezumas Motion to Suppress Wiretap Evidence (ECF No. 870) be DENIED. The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days in which to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation, unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained, and that failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact. See Thompson v. Nix, 897 F.2d 356 (8th Cir. 1990). Pretrial proceedings have not concluded in this matter. Consistent with the undersigned's scheduling orders in this matter, the foregoing Report and Recommendation addresses only issues relating to any motions directed to electronic surveillance in general, and wiretap motions in particular. The trial of this matter will be set by the Honorable Catherine D. Perry, United States District Judge, at the conclusion of all pretrial proceedings. Objections to R&R due by 7/6/2017.
